Domain owner email is not read very often, if you use our whois record and use this account you will wait a long time for a reply. Spams to this account will also be considered for our block listings, and the account will be renamed.
if you get on our local block list, it is unlikely that you get off it, a payment of $ 50,000.00 us dollars per case might help, or a kind word from your isp to us should you inherit a bad ip range.
Should you live in Korea or use a Korean isp - tough, I suggest you open a yahoo mail account in say America or somewhere. We block by both range, and domain name, essentially if we get too much junk it gets blocked. Should you inherit a 'problem' open a yahoo mail account and write us a nice note - no fee is payable in this instance.
If your country 'annoys us' with spam. We refer to those honorable chinese citizens, then your mail is also blocked. I will take your details to the next level. Should your government not trust you with a foreign isp - (hello China), but likes the money spam brings in then you better start complaining about your internet service providers to your corrupt government officials. When China stops spamming, or stops hosting spam websites. the policy will be revised. Until then you better email from a non chinese address.
